Podio in Recruitment
PODIO is a cloud based platform that allows you to work the way you want to rather than the way your software provider wants you to. We are using PODIO at Kirkness Associates to great effect - organising and collaborating about candidates and clients easily and quickly. We have been so impressed by how we are able to improve our communications within our team that we now offer a version of this for clients.
Using PODIO is simple - you sign up for the service and then set up Workspaces in which you can use Podio 'Apps'. These can be customised (by you or with our assistance) to work just the way you want to. Using Podio for recruitment, you could request applicants to apply online, collaborate with your line managers over potential candidates, invite Agencies to post new candidates by email, schedule interviews (which display in a calendar), manage and share documents, keep users aware of updates through automatic alerts etc.
